- Hi! My name is Annie and I'm originally from Nashville, TN. My husband, John, and I are relocating to Sydney, Australia for his job. We love adventure, travel, being active, and hanging with our pup, Rudy. This blog will keep our friends and family updated on our travels and hopefully give future expats some tips about moving overseas. What's up with the title? "Yes And" is a theory from improvisational theatre. It requires you to always support (yes) then build on (and) each other's ideas. Basically- it's never saying no to an opportunity but rather saying YES and accepting whatever happens next. It's how we choose to live our lives... it keeps things exciting :)

I love learning ridiculous facets about your life/future through blogspot. Madrid??? AHHHHH!!!!!!!! No flipping way that is unflipping believable how flipping far away you'll be. FUCK!
Anyway, I guess there's no chance of you me and Hector meeting for some drinks at Mazatlan but just know that I'm all about seeing you over Christmas.

Hey Annie....I guess you are well on your way to Madrid... I know you will have an amazing time.Be careful but have FUN. This is such an exciting time for you. I am so glad that Lindsay & I got to see you for lunch before you left. You are such a mature, sweet,adventurous girl (not to mention adorable). I managed to successfuly distract your mom immediately after she took you to the airport, so that she would not think of you all day. We did, however talk about you (all good, of course) alot...in case your ears were rinnnnging. I bought the "Eat, Pray, Love" book the other day, so I could go on my own little adventure with you!
